• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active ph885 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• KYC Verification: ph885 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including submission of a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license) and proof of address. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed.

ph885 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Deposits:

In all cases where ph885 is found liable, ph885's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph885 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
